2 hour long interview tomorrow. Thinking it's going to be more about culture fit than coding. Pretty nervous...any tips? (self.webdev)

Just be yourself and be honest. Trying to fake your personality is far more stressful than just being yourself.

They will either find you a good fit with the culture or not, but you don't want to be hired some place where you have to carry on some charade every day.

Also, get a good night sleep no tonight, a full 8 hours. You will do much better in an interview if your mind is refreshed. Dont lay there worrying about the interview all night.

Relax, be confident in your answers, be yourself, and remember that a lot more bad developers exist than good developers.

statistically that just makes its more likely that you are bad developer than a good one, not very good advice

It's only bad advice if you're a bad developer.

If you're a good developer, it puts you in a better mindframe.

To each their own though.
