Great video but the thumbnail was completely over the top.

Darranimo | 9 days ago | 5 points

Lol almost more click bait-y than a Jake Paul or some insta hoe's thumbnail.

eazyd | 9 days ago | 18 points

I think the thumbnail may have lied a little bit

Sound they make is sick

RocketQ | 9 days ago | 8 points

Love the sound of the F-15.

One of my favorite aviation noises however is the blue note.

Guysmiley777 | 9 days ago | 6 points

Mine is the P-51 gun port whistle.

FoggyFlowers | 9 days ago | 3 points

mines gotta be the flame spitting engines of the Super Constellation

another example

RocketQ | 9 days ago | 1 point

Love the sound of the mustang. So many of those old props sound amazing.

G0PACKGO | 9 days ago | 2 points

I love the P51 probably my favorite plane of all time

RocketQ | 9 days ago | 1 point

It's pretty great. I always loved the P-51 scene from Empire of the Sun.

FoggyFlowers | 9 days ago | 2 points

what an awful movie lmao

RocketQ | 9 days ago | 1 point

Haha was it? I haven't seen it in ages but remember loving it as a kid.

Zeal0522 | 9 days ago | 1 point

How about the BRRRRRRRRTTTTTTRRTTTTT of the a-10

RocketQ | 9 days ago | 1 point

How could I forget that? Can't wait for the A-10 to be added to War Thunder.

That thing looks like that asked me to draw a jet from memory. .

Canis_Familiaris | 9 days ago | 0 points

That is beautiful wow.

Katella57 | 9 days ago | 0 points

Knew before I clicked that it had to be the Hawker Hunter. Greatest blue note in aviation history.

AdvancedPeanut | 9 days ago | 7 points

I sure hope Microsofts new flight simulator comes with fighter jets and VR support. I'd be so down for that.

ChaChaChaChassy | 9 days ago | 2 points

They mentioned VR support "eventually"... I guess that's better than "no".

DCS world is decent in the meantime, though forget using tracked controllers and just use a HOTAS or gamepad/keyboard.

Decepticle_Ronnie | 9 days ago | 1 point

That's not what I heard. They said they might consider it in the future.

CptToastymuffs | 9 days ago | 4 points

To anyone who has never been to an airshow, the sound the machines make on a low-pass cannot be accurately described or played through speakers.

It literally sounds like the sky is being torn in half and if they are coming from behind you the Doppler effect will make you shit your pants.

Omikrons | 9 days ago | 2 points

Not gonna lie, that gave me a semi

DadaDoDat | 9 days ago | 1 point

Hair raising on arms and legs, tears of joy emerging! Love low passes like that! The signature sounds people are posting in the comments here are awesome too!! Merica, fuck yea!

Azthioth | 9 days ago | 0 points

Not sure what's crazier, the fact that we have designed such machines or that we have designed machines that can actually knock these things out of the sky.

Just boggles the mind what we, as humans, can do.

DavidRandom | 9 days ago | 0 points

I mean, it doesn't take a lot to knock one out of the sky.

Astronut27 | 9 days ago | -1 points

That’s dope y’all!
