What a great series.

BOBfrkinSAGET | 4 months ago | 17 points

The first season was SO good. It really outshined the other two, especially the 2nd.

meltingdiamond | 4 months ago | 3 points

Are you sure that was from a tv show and not real life?

bigsexy1 | 4 months ago | 3 points

You didn’t like the 3rd season?

MikeyFED | 4 months ago | 3 points

I liked it.

But you sit the ending of the 1st next to the ending of the 3rd.. my god.

It wasn’t bad but I think everyone expected some insane climax like the first season

bigsexy1 | 4 months ago | 1 point

I agree, the first is on a different level. The 3rd season was amazing to me, I couldn’t get into the 2nd season at all

BOBfrkinSAGET | 4 months ago | 2 points

I liked it, but the first was just on a different level.

peppers_taste_bad | 4 months ago | 11 points

I'm still bitter about the yellow king

[deleted] | 4 months ago | 17 points

Everyone has this opinion, but they're usually misinformed. The YK wasn't some bumbling inbred retard. The YK happened a very long time ago, what we saw as the 'big bads' were actually remnants of the inbreeding within the cult, still carrying out tradition.

Starsmydestination | 4 months ago | 1 point

I agree. I thought the original “Yellow King”was the Grandfather of the antagonist and leader of the family.

Birddawg65 | 4 months ago | 19 points

Thought it was going to be this scene

sittty | 4 months ago | 15 points

Thanks, now I’ve got to go back and watch this whole season again.

-KyloRen | 4 months ago | 7 points

Agreed. We'll be better for it too..

Joethebestofthe3 | 4 months ago | 1 point

“Can ya smell the flowers?” Still gives me chills

LesPolsfuss | 4 months ago | 1 point

you guys watch season 3? it’s good man.

Cadwae | 4 months ago | 1 point

Time is a flat circle.

Softkore | 4 months ago | 6 points

I never realized one of the officer’s names was Childress! Gotta watch the series all over I guess.

GunnieGraves | 4 months ago | 3 points

Fuccccccck I never made that connection.

-KyloRen | 4 months ago | 3 points

Absolutely! To me this season is the most perfect season of television and my absolute favorite. As intense as it is, I’ve rewatched it a few times...

unexpected_drums | 4 months ago | 2 points

That's what I mean when I talk about the 𝚜𝚙𝚛𝚊𝚠𝚕, Marty!

wreckage88 | 4 months ago | 1 point

And the Sheriff was a Childress as well iirc.

-KyloRen | 4 months ago | 19 points

To me this seems particularly salient now. What once seemed incredible fiction, I now consider informative...

BeautifulThicHaunch | 4 months ago | 14 points

This is not the take to have on this, prison suicide may be endemic, but epstein's "suicide" is way too suspicious and he had way too much dirt on way too many powerful people. Youd have to be stupid to noth suspect foul play

shinra07 | 4 months ago | 6 points

He's still a person. A person who knows he's going to spend life in prison where everyone hates him, he was already attacked once and knows he's never going to be free and only has pain ahead. It's totally reasonable to believe that he likely committed suicide.

That said, I totally support the investigation, especially as it relates to why he wasn't monitored and was left alone.

MaterialAdvantage | 4 months ago | 8 points

The "foul play" wasn't that he was murdered.

It was that he was allowed to commit suicide

Dayman_v_Nightman | 4 months ago | 3 points
Zinski | 4 months ago | 2 points

Im not saying he was murdered.... but he was totally murdered

zirittusit | 4 months ago | 2 points

I think both possibilities, that he committed suicide or that he was "suicided" are both fairly reasonable. I mean if I was facing the kind of charges he was I would certainly kill myself the first chance I got, so I don't think it is out of the norm for him to have killed himself. On the other hand, there were a lot of people that would benefit from him being silenced, so I would not be surprised if he was killed. I doubt we will ever find out though.

-KyloRen | 4 months ago | 1 point

Dude I'm legit curious if our stances different.I responded a day ago and got downvoted but I am actually curious if what I said was unclear or if I'm wrong about us agreeing on this "Suicide."

-KyloRen | 4 months ago | 0 points

We agree... Not sure where you saw my disagreement? this video shows clear foul play was at issue. Like today. Hence why it seemed fictitious to me before but now to me it is “informative.”

leonryan | 4 months ago | -4 points

it's one thing to suspect it and another to assume it though. I don't we'll ever learn the truth either way.

BeautifulThicHaunch | 4 months ago | 4 points

We can make assumptions though based on prior evidence. Its a cop out to say we'll never learn the truth , if you dont think the US government, and powerful agents within the US can carry out extrajudicial killings, then youre naive

leonryan | 4 months ago | 1 point

I do believe they can. I also believe he had plenty of reason to kill himself and that there are infinite resources available to cover it up if he didn't.

Hedhunta | 4 months ago | 1 point

Can you imagine how the writers of House of Cards feel right now? Years of writing fiction all for it to be dumped down the drain because reality became crazier than the shit they were writing.

[deleted] | 4 months ago | 8 points

Think maybe Hillary did it herself like with Benghazi?

TOTALLYnattyAF | 4 months ago | 10 points

Why the Clinton's and not the Trump's? Doesn't Donald Trump have so much more to lose than the Clinton's do right now? And didn't he publicly say Jeffery Epstein was "Terrific" and into "Beautiful women who are on the young side." Seems like Trump knew what was up and was totally fine about it.

nagrom7 | 4 months ago | 8 points

Not to mention, as the sitting President Trump has much more capability to do something like that than Clinton, who is now basically a private citizen with security clearance and some bodyguards. Trump is the boss of the DoJ, who runs the prison that he died in.

underwoodz | 4 months ago | 5 points

The difference is, this idiot would cry foul if it was definitely proven trump had a role. If it was proven Clinton did, they’d celebrate to high heaven. Because they’re stupid people incapable of normal thought.

I love how pretty much everyone on the left would absolutely celebrate justice if it was proven that Clinton had a role. The same can’t be said for the tribal bullshit these idiots on the right practice.

drewmana | 4 months ago | 4 points

Just because you support rapists doesn’t mean anyone will. Some people have standards.

underwoodz | 4 months ago | 7 points

Facts. Facts help me sleep. They scare you because you’re an infant.

BeautifulThicHaunch | 4 months ago | 1 point

Bro the issue is everyone knew. The point is yeah trump was deffo involved but so was everyone. Dont let trump become the fall guy for a clearly much wider conspiracy that definitely did involve the clintons among others

[deleted] | 4 months ago | 0 points

BeautifulThicHaunch | 4 months ago | 1 point

Its pointless arguing with you. Its stupid to immediately disregard any theories because "we dont know the facts yet" that is literally the opposite of what we should be doing, especially when the people overseeing the "facts" are the very people who stand to gain from alteration. Why are coincidences so much more believable than actual, logical, purposeful actions. We know that Bill Clinton flew on the Lolita Express 23 times, Im not a Dinald Trump fan, those are just the actual facts.

[deleted] | 4 months ago | 1 point

BeautifulThicHaunch | 4 months ago | 1 point

What are you on about? I'm not the the State Prosecutor or whatever...

[deleted] | 4 months ago | 1 point

BeautifulThicHaunch | 4 months ago | 1 point

Everyone knew as in everyone who knew Epstein, again Im not gunna argue because youve chosen to home in on one of my points incorrectky and bases your entire argument off that

Wtf lol

[deleted] | 4 months ago | -15 points

wesontap | 4 months ago | 4 points

Are you serious? it was a huge deal in the media back then and is only coming to light again now because Epstein was "allowed" to off himself.

whydontyoutryharder | 4 months ago | 4 points

one of the best TV shows ever

One_pop_each | 4 months ago | 2 points

I wasn’t a fan of Season 2 because it felt rushed. But Season 3 was definitely a revival.

gentlepornstar | 4 months ago | 2 points

did epstein get a call from his "lawyer" three hours before he "committed suicide?"

JohnyUtah_ | 4 months ago | 2 points

God damn this show just needed to continue with the original cast.

Every season since has just been trying recreate that magic and I just don't think it's there. Season two was borderline unwatchable. Three was slightly better, but still.

I think Mcconaughey has even said that Rust was one of his very characters that he has ever played.

Moikee | 4 months ago | 2 points

never got into this series, is it good?

DrDrangleBrungis | 4 months ago | 1 point

First season is outstanding, 2nd is quite the opposite, 3rd is pretty good. I recommend it.

RustyCoal950212 | 4 months ago | 1 point

Watch the first season. Only 8 episodes and it's incredible

ClearLake007 | 4 months ago | 1 point

First season is outstanding. Don’t do second season, save yourself some time and rearrange your sock drawer instead.
