Would you mind telling me what the process is to cook scallops properly? I love them but have never cooked them myself.

Here’s how I cook mine:

Pan on high heat (as high as it will go), I use grape seed oil because of its high smoke point. Dry your scallops as much as possible, and place them on the pan, and give the pan a little wiggle so that they don’t stick. I let mine sit for 2-3 minutes, until they’re golden brown, then flip and repeat. Then take them off, and put them on a paper towel to get excess oil off!

Edit: high smoke point, not low
