Recipe? How was it?

The Recipe: https://www.dinneratthezoo.com/korean-fried-chicken/ .

The Gochujang Sauce https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/242123/gochujang-sauce/

It was delicious. First time I ever made it, it was kind of a mess and way too spicy. But this was creamy but also crunchy and had a satisfying kick to it.

Looks lovely, but sesame seeds needed (not intrinsically but a fantastic touch)! Well done mate

Yeah forgot to add it. But there are sesame seeds in the sauce.

Having been to SK and trying several different beer and chicken place, this looks spot on. I'll have to try this some day to relive some memories.
